Specialised Yoga therapy programs are available for pregnancy, menopause, PMT, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Scoliosis, acute lower back conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, anxiety, depression, MS, Thyroid, digestion and many other conditions. While Yoga does not claim to heal or cure these conditions, it can be a beneficial tool in tuning into the body's messages and discovering how to maintain and improve quality of every day life. In some cases a letter of recommendation may be required from your health care provider before commencing sessions.
Initial session is 1.5hrs $160 including recommended postural notes and self-practice program
or $130 without program 1.5hr session. $110/hr for follow-up sessions thereafter.

Nicole Whiteman offers private one-on-one Yoga sessions which focus on developing core strength, correct breathing and working with posture and physical alignment. Correct breathing is associated with reducing anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive issues, spinal and pelvis support, high blood pressure. Nicole is confident working with acute injuries and conditions including issues with the spine, hips, knees, wrists and shoulders. Her sessions can have a rehabilitative, restorative or strengthening focus, beneficial for anyone wanting to develop a more sound Yoga and Pilates practice. If you find group classes too challenging or if you have a condition that requires more modifications in the classes it is highly recommended to have a private consult. Nicole is recognised by local practitioners as providing substantial support assisting with recovery from a number challenging and acute physical conditions, in particular associated with pelvic floor and core awareness.
Rachael Storrie offers private one to one yoga classes that honors the individual need of the client, physically, emotionally and mentally. The session will begin with a posture analysis, introduction to correct breathing to encourage a healthy nervous system, more energy and a foundation for efficient core support. Rachael is a Hatha, Yin & Pre & Post Natal trained teacher and loves to work with small groups or one to one. Rachael specialises in prop assisted restorative and yin style yoga as well as refining technique for a general hatha practice and more challenging postures.
Denise Benson offers private one-on-one Yoga sessions that focus entirely on YOU and the development of simple, fundamental techniques designed to enhance quality of life, both on and off the yoga mat. Cultivating postural awareness, assessing and adjusting physical alignments whilst creating a supportive breathing system are crucial elements incorporated into each session. Even small changes within these areas can bring major relief and benefit through pain reduction, increased strength and flexibility, balance across both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems whilst improving circulation and increasing energy. Denise will help you dissect each yoga pose, re-build and personalize it so the shape becomes more suitable to your body and physical condition.
Jen Lewis offers private one-on-one restorative yoga practice which is a deeply relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga is a receptive practice not an active practice. If you have suffered from stress, trauma, injury, or illness this practice will help you heal or if you have a normal amount of stress in your life and you want to continue to feel good in your body restorative yoga will help maintain a sense of wellbeing. Restorative yoga is a very safe form of practice where poses are held for longer periods of time with the use of bolsters, blankets or blocks. When you are in the poses you are completely supported which helps achieve the desired benefit of letting go, the body feels safe which enables joints to open more freely and muscles to lengthen. Throughout the practice Jen focuses on mindful meditation to relax the mind as well as body.
