Rachael is a Hatha, Yin, Pre & Post Natal and MBSM (Mindful Based Stillness Meditation) teacher. Rachael is passionate about training the brain to become more still and clear through mindfulness. Specialising in prop assisted restorative and yin style yoga as well as refining technique of alignment and stablisation for a general Hatha Yoga practice and more challenging postures.
