Tiffany Macdonald - Meditation Facilitator, Yoga in Meditation classes

Tiffany has been enjoying and sharing the benefits of Yoga ever since she first rolled out a mat in the mid 1990's.  Feeling a connection with the tradition of Krishnamacharya, Tiffany gained her formal teaching qualifications from The Yoga Institute, and was awarded the YA and KHYF accredited Certificate of Yoga Teaching.  The 'style' of this tradition is popularly refered to as 'Viniyoga' - which bases it's approach on tailoring practices and techniques to suit the needs of the individual or group.  Tiffany's passion lies in de-mystyfing the ancient traditions of Yoga in order to meet the individual goals of students.
Tiffany takes a personal interest in Ayurveda and the parallels between eastern
and western approaches to physical and mental health.

Tiffany also specialises in presenting a range of focused workshops and courses which unearth and delve a little deeper into the ancient teachings , making them accessible for the modern student and allowing them to transform their practice both on and  off the mat.  For more information on  Tiffany, courses and workshops, please visit
