Yogalates TM is suitable for men and women, and is particularly beneficial for weak lower back and abdominals, postnatal, incontinence, poor circulation and poor posture. If you are rehabilitating from an injury or illness there are many levels of fitness catered for and modifications for all postures and exercises, however you may need to check with your health practitioner first.

The Over 50s Yogalates classes involve gentle exercises for the whole body, with all fitness levels catered for, specifically in mind for those who have not practiced yoga or pilates before. The General Yogalates classes include stronger exercises and poses using the whole body, catering for all fitness levels, beginners are welcome. The Prenatal Yoga classes include gentle exercises to increase the flexibility of the hip & groin area, strengthening of the pelvic floor, developing breathing and relaxation techniques, deepening the relationship between the unborn baby and mother. The Mums'n Bubs Yogalates classes focuses on abdominal & pelvic floor work, strengthening & stabilising pelvis and lower back, strengthening upper body & arms, opening up chest and shoulders - whilst entertaining baby. Ends with 5 mins relaxation - if baby allows! .
