Yoga - sanskrit for Connect.  Experience Yoga in its simplest form - connect with a deeper awareness of you, and all that is. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings at Govinda Valley in Otford NSW.  Indulge your senses in the amazing Ayurvedic meals, meditate in nature and re-connect with your spiritual being.  2 Days and 2 Nights filled with optional  sessions - 3 different styles of Yoga classes on both days; learn about  nutrition, Ayurvedic wisdom, your mindset & behaviours, your body, postural habits and corrective exercises; Energy awareness and enhancing techniques; Yogic philosophy and pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra, sound healing meditation & chakra balancing.  Open to men & women, all ages and fitness levels catered for.

Numbers are limited to 25, accommodation is shared 4 per room for women, 6 bunk room for men.  Cost $495 includes 3 meals per day, accommodation and all sessions.

We've also got 5 spaces available to anyone wanting to attend for one-day Saturday 7.00/9.00am til late $130 - includes 3 meals, all sessions, no accommoation.

Dream Sounding is a fun and powerful workshop, that uses the power of singing, chanting and musical instruments to take participants on a relaxing journey and and the same time clear blocks in their energy field. There is a specific tone that resonates or connects with each Chakra of the human energy field. By vocalising the tone of a specific chakra by singing or toning it, we connect with the Chakra. Once we connect with a cha...kra using the voice, one can experience many different things including altered states of consciousness, deep relaxation, a feeling of peace or bliss, a loss of the fear of interacting in a group situation and much more.

An amazing opportunity to join the girls from Adiago Yoga and have some fun - no need to be a Yogi guru, or bring a partner, just come along and have some fun - supporting and being supported by others.  All levels, all ages - all welcome to join in.  This workshop is taught by accredited AcroYoga teachers Claudine Lafond.  It is a safe environment to explore trust, connection & playfullness.  Combined elements of Yoga, Acrobatics & Thai Massage providing a therapeutic experience.  Check Claudine & her colleague Stef in action - and no this is not what Lauren & I looked like after one workshop! :-)  Bookings required by 30 March.
