With guided meditation all is required is following the voice that speaks to the subconscious mind to promote rest for all the systems of the body. Meditation slows down the brain wave activities and can calm the adrenals, improve rest and restore systems of the body, improving sleep, mood, digestion and restoring balance.

This course explores these questions and deeper themes of life by creating a space to cultivate self awareness, reflection, introspection and discovery. Through practices including both guided and silent meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, reflection exercises and introducing sacred techniques of the ancient mystic tradition this course aims to equip participants with tools to reconnect and access the knowledge, truth and teacher within.
We create a space to slow down, breathe, witness and connect, before working with the specific body and techniques of the week with time to share, discuss, and journal. Not only will these experiences provide insight, clarity and direction in your life, you will also have these tools and techniques to take home and continue connecting and exploring for life.

This 5-day course is based on a traditional pranayama kriya designed to release subconscious emotional blockages from the nervous system using the ancient science of breath. It incorporates healing mantras and release techniques as well as breath theory. Please bring a pen and paper.
