Come along to the beautiful Spring Equinox ritual at Body Awakenings. We will celebrate new beginnings through movement (including dancing), using essential oils to let go of the unimportant and bring on positive and creative changes. This active meditation particularly suits all those people who can't sit still, allowing us to find stillness through movement. The process is done blindfolded, giving us an opportunity for a full expression, creativity and fun.
Each participant will also receive an aromatherapy gift.

Kids, Parents & Carers Workshop with Dr Clive Farrelly When: 1st & 8th October Time: 12.15 - 1.15pm Investment: $25 per session (includes 1 carer and 1 child)
Dr Clive Farrelly is a Holistic Chiropractor and Iyengar Yoga teacher who loves guiding his clients and students toward a healthier way of living. He is passionate about assisting children to set up healthy habits in movement, thought and lifestyle early in life.
There are many health benefits of yoga for kids. Physically yoga can help with posture and correct any poor habits that sitting at desks or long hours on devices can form in kids (as well as parents/grandparents). Yoga is an exercise that can improve balance, co-ordination, strength, stability and flexibility. This is just the beginning, the breath focus, concentration and mindfulness component of a class can help kids learn how to relax their nervous system if they are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, upset or anxious, helping them understand their are 'tools' they can use to manage their emotions.
It is about empowering kids to make healthy choices. Please note arrival at 12pm to sign forms and get settled in the space.

You can take back control of the driver's seat and choose who you want to be in each moment. This workshop will involve an accumulation of all of the clinical practice that Peter has had. From strategic psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic coaching, and NLP you will acquire the best parts to combine for the recipe of your choice. This will be an event that will provide you with valuable tools, skills, and strategies for you to not just feel better, but to LIVE better. This course explores these questions and deeper themes of life by creating a space to cultivate self awareness, reflection, introspection and discovery. Through practices including both guided and silent meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, reflection exercises and introducing sacred techniques of the ancient mystic tradition this course aims to equip participants with tools to reconnect and access the knowledge, truth and teacher within.
We create a space to slow down, breathe, witness and connect, before working with the specific body and techniques of the week with time to share, discuss, and journal. Not only will these experiences provide insight, clarity and direction in your life, you will also have these tools and techniques to take home and continue connecting and exploring for life.
