Peri and menopause specific coaching, combined with psychotherapy and yoga therapy are the areas Rachael addresses for the unique needs of clients, Rachael’s program holistically addresses mind and body based on science and well researched current approaches to the transition.

There is a lot of information out there and this 4 week program puts everything you need to go together, each area of consideration complementing and working with a total management schedule.
