Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

My yoga journey came to light during my travels, no matter where I am in the world it always feels like coming home when I am on my mat.
Through my practice I have found a place of comfort, connection and stillness where I can express myself free of judgement. I teach Yoga because it is for absolutely everyone (whether you can touch your toes or not) and I want my students to feel they that same sense of coming home.
I completed my 200hr YTT at Power Living Manly. Yoga has helped me find my inner strength and courage so I can share this practice through teaching.
In my class you will find an emphasis on the breath and creating a fun and safe practice for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Yoga has been a gift to my life and I want to share that same gift with you. Please bring an open mind.
