Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

With the practice of yoga I found connection and unity ... a place that resides within... a place where the breath moves without interference and the heart softens to allow and release pain, love, fear and all the many other emotions that move through our being.
Some days it gives strength, courage and support, other days it brings peace and moments of true quietness.
Yoga is a blessing I feel, given down by the yogis to guide and give us hope as we walk on this earth, living our life with all its ups and downs.
One breath at a time our practice develops, our connection deepens and change happens.
Caroline is an Iyengar trained Yoga teacher. Her classes are alignment, breath and meditation based.
