Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

Françoise worked for many years in the demanding world of large companies, which took its toll on body and mind. Following this, she put her passion to the test and started her ‘wellness’ journey. Part of her path was to discover that mind and body have to work as one. Going into Yoga made her realize that this is so much more than the body; it’s about finding yourself.
Her holistic teaching style accesses your inner strength and resources, going through the process of self-discovery. The body can achieve so much more when you understand how it works. The same can be said for the mind. Her desire is to help you move powerfully and efficiently, from a physical base, but also from your own expression of authenticity.
