Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

Georgia is a quietly spoken individual with very strong beliefs and values regarding health and wellbeing. Georgia competed as an artistic gymnast at an international level for most of her life, and as a level 10 gymnast for 5 years. She uses this experience with training and injury to bring an empathetic approach to the treatment process.
After completing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2017, Georgia felt the call to slow down and spend some time delving further into the concepts of holistic health and the inner world.
Having a yoga teacher as a mother, Georgia has always been very familiar with the practice of Yoga and its many benefits. As such, she spent a month in Bali in July 2017 completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher training at High Vibe yoga under Emily Kuser. She uses this experience and training extensively, intimately intertwining techniques of mindfulness, yogic movement and breath work with her work in the allied health & rehabilitation sector.
Georgia is passionate about adopting a holistic approach to rehabilitation and having a truly meaningful effect on those whose lives are affected by all forms of health conditions, injuries and illnesses.
