Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

Linh's passion for yoga started off as a physical activity after seeing photos on Instagram. After a few classes, she had realised it wasn't just about getting the "right" asana!
Her love for yoga grew into a space for movement, meditation and a time for herself. Overall, Linh feels being on her mat felt like coming home and hopes to create an inclusive class where everyone feels safe and welcome. Linh hopes to provide a space to connect, warmth, challenge and relaxation.
Linh completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Nicole & Rod at InYoga. Linh is eager to learn more and watch this space as she is taking on more learning with training in yin, anatomy and meditation.
Off the mat, you will find Linh skateboarding and learning new tricks, spending time with her Australian Bulldog Fergus and finding any excuse to have gelato!
