Welcome to Body Awakenings, my name is Rachael Farrelly and I am passionate about providing a space and practice where every person that visits this studio feels welcome and supported. I hope that your experience with us is one in which you can learn more about building a state of health and well-being through breath focus techniques, mindfulness and the physical practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for every body type, age and level of fitness. Beginners can attend all our classes as our experienced teaching can provide modifications for each student in our small group setting. We frequently hold beginners workshops and can notify you of the next date.

Welcome, if you are new and visiting this page, Body Awakenings classes with Director Rachael & Dr Clive Farrelly & team will be building up to our full timetable over the following months view timetable here. Rachael and Clive are passionate in assisting you to access the health system of Yoga to improve flexibility, mobility and stability. Rachael has is qualified in Yoga, Meditation and specialised study in Prenatal yoga and yoga for anxiety, depression and PTSD. Current studies in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy. Dr Clive combines his studies in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, Functional Medicine, Profressional Applied Kinesiology, Integrative Acupuncture and a Masters of Chiropractic.
Both are passionate about sharing many years of studies and teaching experience with students and believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY, age and level of fitness.

Rachael is available for privates and small group bookings for yoga, stretch therapy, breath coaching and elements of hypnosis for relaxation. Appointment days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Dr Clive’s Chiropractic & Functional Medicine clinic is at the same address and clinic days are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
