This workshop runs every 4 weeks

Soothe the soul, nourish the body, clear the mind.

In this practice Rachael leads you through a slow based style of yoga that incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine acupressure applied in traditional yoga asanas (postures). All the floor based postures are supported with props that facilitate a gentle persuasion of the body to release tensions physically and energetically, stimulating deeper tissues to improve mobility.

This is a wonderful way to practice yoga for a beginner to an advanced student.

Rachael incorporates her training in Mindful Based Stillness Meditation and Clinical Hypnosis to encourage a deep level of restfulness.
