This 4 week women’s wellness class addresses the experience of doing exhaustion, responsibility, guilt and ineffective compartmentalising.
We will as a group uncover some more understanding around the following;
What and why do we run over responsibility?
Do you often feel guilty, understanding this complex emotion
What is ineffective compartmentalising?
Self care, find out more.
You may choose to attend this course to learn more for yourself or someone else, it is all learning.
The class includes breath work, yoga, clinical hypnosis, mantra and positive psychology strategies.
