
Peri / menopause Workshop
This workshop has been designed to help you understand the menopause puzzle, from early in the peri menopause period to post menopause. The workshop offers important information not only on hormones but on suggestions for better sleep, types of exercise, weight management and social considerations.
Many women are not aware that menopause is an inflammatory event and that this period of a women’s life can be influenced positively and naturally, through food choice, supplementation, meditation, mindset and movement.
Rachael Farrelly is a yoga & meditation teacher, strategic psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and level 1 menopause coach.
Having experienced the changes and applied the insights she shares in this workshops, Rachael creates a safe space in which to influence your journey.
Wear comfortable clothing as your workshop is in a yoga studio space and there are different seating options, chairs are available, and spaces are limited as this is a small group setting.
