Do you experience anxiety, restlessness or worry frequently?
There are many causes and types of anxiety and it is common to experience feeling anxious from time to time, however when the feelings do not subside or are ongoing a person's quality of life, relationships and often working life can be impacted.
This workshop explores what is happening when experiencing anxiety and strategies that may help to manage general anxiety within a Yoga framework, through movement, breath work, mindfulness and additional tools that can assist naturally. The strategies in this workshop may help generally and can work with or without medical intervention.
It is important to seek an assessment and help to manage severe anxiety from a GP who can refer you to a mental health professional and resources.
