Join Rachael Farrelly for a comprehensive introduction to yoga. Rachael teaches level 1 postures, 3 breath techniques and introduces you to the use of props such as bricks and belts to ensure that all postures are accessible to each participant.
The intention of this workshop is to familiarise you with the postures and processes of a yoga class so that you can feel confident to attend any class on the timetable.
The class is limited to 8 participants so that you can received a personalised instruction for each posture that considers any injuries or past surgeries you may have had.
Additional information is provided on the day to benefits of mindfulness and meditation to further enhance your wellness program.
