Join Rachael in a blissful afternoon of gentle yoga and accupressure postures to calm physical, emotional and mind tension. This is an important preparation for the clinical hypnosis component.

All the postures are floor based with the support of yoga props. The class is perfect for beginners and any level of fitness. Please remember postures are optional, you do not have to practice every posture, resting out is a great choice also.

My hope is that all participants feel welcome and supported so that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga and hypnosis.

The Hypnosis component of the class is designed to take you into a deeper state of relaxation to absorb the information and messages that are offered and relate to the topic of the day, with a direction toward change and release.

It is important to know that you are always able to leave a hypnosis whenever you choose, you are always in control.

A light refreshment and tea is on offer at the end of the class.
