Managing anxiety and stress can be life changing! Learning how to step outside of your usual experience of yourself can be transformational.

Join Rachael for 4 weeks, Thursdays, 6.15-7.30pm learning more about anxiety and stress and how you can manage and handle old situations in new ways.

February 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.

This 4 weeks is an inside makeover for personal development to accelerate your potential to manage stress and anxiety differently and feel confident and empowered through knowledge and application to experience more peace and balance.

Your sessions will included elements of yoga, mindfulness, hypnosis and life coaching.

  • Week 1 - Understanding the role of Psychoneuroimmunology, Polyvagal Theory and the stress responses. Knowledge is key! Once you know the mechanics of the body, you can influence your health with natural approaches.

  • Week 2 - Understanding 5 anchors from which anxiety can develop and keep us in the stress state

  • Week 3 - Identifying limiting beliefs and disrupting the patterns of a stress response

  • Week 4 - Create a balanced way of being and embody your higher self.
