Pregnancy Yoga


Join Paola for Pregnancy Yoga Fridays 6pm in May for a 4 week series. Pregnancy Yoga's aim is to prepare mums for the birth of a child, providing you with vital tools to support your labour, allowing you to connect with yourself and the growing baby whilst practicing in safe space with the other mothers on the same beautiful journey.

Each week will have a different focus:

Heart Opening

Letting Go

Self Care

Deep Rest

Investment: $120 for all four sessions or $35 drop in
