Sound Journey…

Our bodies are like musical instruments constantly searching for a coherent tune. They innately respond to all sound vibrations that permeate our energy field. 

The benefits of Sound Healing are numerous. It is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. 

As we relax deeply into the sound our body finds its vibrational sweet spot by adjusting itself to match the resonant sound of the healing instruments.

We begin with the breath as we relax our nervous system to welcome in the healing sounds. We will then intuitively tune into the collective energy of the group and begin to orchestrate a journey of sound inspired by the energy of the participants, also channelling Reiki into the space. Instruments we use are, Gong | Medicine Drums | Didgeridoo |Native American Flutes | Shruti Box | Crystal Bowls | Ocean Drum & Chimes.   Surrendering to this process allows the sounds to reach an inner depth.
