How to practice Chaturunga Dandasana safely - Workshop Chaturanga Dandasana, also known as low plank, is an asana practiced in yoga in some forms of Surya Namaskar.
The body is positioned in a straight body parallel to the ground, supported by the toes and palms, with elbows at a right angle. It requires technique and correct alignment and muscle activation to build strength however many people practice this without breaking down and understanding the parts of the movement.
