Introduction to active and still meditation

In this workshop, Rachael Farrelly, Director of Body Awakenings introduces you to beginners active and still meditation.

You will learn how to develop a mindfulness practice and participate in mindful based stillness meditation (MBSM). Learn about what happens to the brain and the nervous system during meditation and the long term benefits as well as the more active styles of mantra and light movement meditation.

A great class for beginners, we provide all the mats, chairs, blankets and cushions.

If you have an injury Rachael can assist you in finding a posture to suit your condition.
